I don't have much in the way of a book of links but I will offer one page that I have read religiously every time I find out it updates...which is anywhere between three weeks and two months depending on the frame of mind of the author. (this is over the course of three years of web surfing so I should hope it's a statement of some significance)

the page is Off The Net - if you don't build web pages a lot of it will be lost on you but if you do then read it...read it all
